Twelve hours of protection actually holds up through my workday and overnight, which I never expected from a reusable option. The cramp reduction is subtle but real—my second cycle with it was noticeably easier. I've already saved money compared to buying disposables every month.
I was skeptical about reusable options, but three months in and the disc still feels as soft and flexible as day one. The fact that it eases my cramps while lasting a full workday without a single worry makes it an absolute money-saver.
The 12-hour leak protection held up through a full workday plus my commute, which honestly surprised me. It's also way more comfortable than I expected—I forgot I was wearing it by lunchtime.
