Flex Bundles FAQ: Sizing, Cleaning, and What's Included

Quick answer

Flex bundles group a disc with the care essentials or backup you need to start or maintain a reusable routine. If you are new to discs, start with the Flex Disc Starter Bundle for practice plus pad and liner backup. If you want to skip disposables entirely, the Reusable Disc Starter Bundle gives you a reusable disc and plant-based care items. If you already rotate discs or have heavy flow days, the Day & Night Disc Kit keeps a clean disc ready while the other is washed.

What comes in each Flex bundle?

Each bundle is built around a different starting point. The Flex Disc Starter Bundle pairs the best-selling Flex Disc with Flex Pads and Liners so you can practice insertion and placement without worrying about leaks. The Reusable Disc Starter Bundle is a beginner-friendly kit built around the zero-waste Flex Reusable Disc plus plant-based care essentials to keep it clean between wears. The Day & Night Disc Kit includes two Flex Reusable Discs so you always have a clean one ready while the other is being washed, which suits day-to-night rotation, heavy flow days, and back-to-back wear.

Do I need to know my size before ordering a Flex bundle?

Flex Discs are designed as a one-size-fit-most option, so bundle choice is less about sizing and more about how you want to use discs. The catalog does not list separate sizes for these bundles, so if you are unsure, choose based on your routine rather than measurements. The Flex Disc Starter Bundle lets you practice placement with pad and liner backup, while the Reusable Disc Starter Bundle and Day & Night Disc Kit are for people ready to commit to reusable wear. If you have specific anatomical concerns, talk with a healthcare provider before switching.

How do I clean and care for Flex bundle products?

Reusable discs need a simple rinse-and-wash routine between wears. Rinse the disc with cool water, wash it with a mild, fragrance-free soap or a plant-based cleanser, then rinse thoroughly and let it air dry before storing. The Reusable Disc Starter Bundle includes plant-based care essentials specifically for keeping the disc clean between wears, so you do not need to buy separate cleansers. Pads and liners from the Flex Disc Starter Bundle should be changed as needed and disposed of according to the product instructions. Always wash your hands before and after handling a disc, and never use harsh chemicals or boiling water unless the product instructions explicitly allow it.

How long can I wear a Flex disc, and can I wear it overnight?

Each Flex Disc in these bundles provides up to 12 hours of comfort and leak protection. That window covers most daytime use and overnight wear, but you should empty and clean the disc at least every 12 hours. If you have heavy flow, you may need to empty it sooner. The Day & Night Disc Kit is especially useful here because the second disc lets you swap immediately instead of waiting for a wash and dry.

Which Flex bundle should I choose?

Pick the Flex Disc Starter Bundle if you have never used a disc and want backup while you learn. Pick the Reusable Disc Starter Bundle if your goal is a zero-waste routine with no disposables to restock. Pick the Day & Night Disc Kit if you want a clean disc always available, whether for heavy flow, overnight changes, or back-to-back wear. None of these bundles require you to buy additional inserts or sizes based on the catalog information provided.
